helpful tips from Jay White’s (of “Dumb Little Man“) sleep adjustment plan that’ll help you sleep well and gain an additional 10 days per year:

-Don’t lay on the bed if you don’t feel like sleeping. Especially if you’re the kind of person whose mind would ponder about all sorts of things and nonsense while on the bed instead of sleeping, only get to bed when you believe you’ll definitely fall into sleep.

-Setting your alarm clock to go off at the same time, seven days a week, thus allowing your body to get used to the habit. you’ll would’nt need one later after you get used to the habit.

-After taking lunch, don’t be afraid to sneak in 20 minutes or so of an afternoon nap when you’re tired. It may not seem like much, but you’ll get a pretty good boost of energy. Be sure to set an alarm, or you’ll snooze off and miss that important meeting.
