Mizushima, the director of the Gundam 00 series was interviewed by Newtype covering different topics from Animage.
Interesting relevations were revealed during Mizushima’s interview;
like how the new series would not be taking place in the old U.C or the recent Seed’s C.E but in A.D instead because of his lack of knowledge regarding both eras. Also because doing the story in A.D would allow him to bring in real world issues like ethnic and religious clash more easily.
Fans who are wondering about whether any romance will be happening in the story were assured that there will be plenty despite the harsh conditions the story is being set in. Also, there is 24 year-old heroine in the story which is yet to be revealed.Plus, new set of snapshots regarding Gundam 00’s 2nd trailer revealed below
