According to news out a few days ago, Code Geass is in fact not going to take over Gundam 00’s Saturday 6PM timeslot as was widely expected but instead be taking a new Sunday, 5PM slot come this April.
What has made some people concerned, is the terms of the direction that the series will be taking with its more mature themes. Since the new timeslot falls in the same timeframe that broadcasts more children-friendly shows like Kirarin Revolution, Ultraman Mebius, and Chibi Maruko-chan air. But that does’nt mean that they’re going to dumb down the show or completely cleanse it, but expect things like Viletta or Kallen’s nipple slips, or Nina’s masturbation scene would probably not make it to the final cut.
