Episode 19-22 synopsis of Gundam 00. May contain spoilers. You have been warned.

Ep 19 - Bonds

The 3 mysterious siblings called “Trinity” have forced the common people into the conflict with their new Gundams, the “Thrones”. Setsuna concludes that they are simply “disguising as protectors”, and moves out in Exia alone. In a 3 against 1 battle, as Setsuna is outnumbered. Tiera sharing similar sentiments with Setsuna decides to help him, overcoming his dislike of Setsuna and cooperating with him against Team Trinitiy. As the leader of Trinity, Johan, decides to escape, a shocking fact is unveiled at that moment.

Ep 20 - The Blade of Revolution

The 3 superpowers in the world - Union, HRL and AEU - are given information by a mysterious individual which proves disasterous for Celestial Being. The 3 superpowers form a military alliance based on this information to carry out the objective of “Defeating the Gundams”. The world is finally united against a common foe - the Gundams. The Thrones’ Gundam Meisters launch a frenzied assault on the HRL’s bases, but there they find an unexpected level of support troops exist.

Ep 21 - The Path of Destruction

The world has united into one; this is the desire of Celestial Being, but it is a unity that seeks to drive Celestial Being out of the world. The world has changed their stance from capture to complete annihilation of the Gundams. Sumeragi moves to prepare a counter for the emergancy situation. While Tiera is troubled with the purpose of his existence in the world, Lockon provides much needed encouragement and they grow closer together. The enemy alert sounds at this moment. The world’s united military force has began their mission to eliminate the existance of Gundams.

Ep 22 - Trans Am

Setsuna and the team get out of their predicament with help of Sumeragi’s strategy and new weapon equipment, but the price they paid is too high. The Gundams are now seen as targets for destruction instead of capture. Against the assault of the united military force of the world’s armies, even the Thrones are forced into a defensive position. The situation is extremely disadvantageous. But even then, Setsuna’s eyes do not lose their sparkle…

Phew. From the look of these episode synopsis, Gundam 00 is starting to gear up for the climax and end of the 1st half of the season. Pretty intensive and action-packed finale to come I believe. Rest of the World vs Meisters (Celestial Beings + Team Trinity), although I believe it might change to “Rest of the World” vs Team Trinity vs Celestial Beings. With the CB & rest of the world sharing a common enemy; Team Trinity though not allied with each other. Or even maybe with some of the CB members defecting to the rest of the world!

What do you all think of the potential outcome on the eventual outcome towards the end of Season 1?

On a side note, a totally un-related subject, if you’re wondering why the sudden lack of updates during the past week.
It’s because over here, we are celebrating Chinese Lunar New Year, visiting families and exchanging greetings and stuff. Also the fact that my PC blacked out on me made it worst, hence the lack of updates.

Kinda late but anyway, a Happy Chinese New Year to those who are also celebrating this festive holiday/tradition.
