Wanted to post some article yesterday morning, only to get a shock that my site has been suspended. I then contacted my webhosting company, 3ix.org.
It was then I was told that the site has been suspended for “heavy load on server” which was puzzling since I did not upload anything to my ftp nor did the site suddenly receive lots of incoming visitors. Hence I decided to contact my webhosting company, 3ix.org again, hoping they would give me any explanation of it in layman’s term. Unfortunately, my question was not answered though, they were kind enough to notify me again when the site was removed from 24hours of suspension (which was actually more than that, roughly 1and a half day).
Has anyone encounter a similar situation before or able to explain to me what exactly is this “heavy load on server” about in layman’s term?

My guess, it’s probably a screw up on their end, might want to think about moving to a different provider once your contract(?) is over.

@Gordon,
thanks for the explanation :). This definitely helps me understand better compared to their long technical terms.
