Another more week (5th October) before Gundam 00 Season 2 begins!
Is that battle-damaged Exia missing its lower body? It’s definitely there though an arm seems to be missing like what many has mentioned before.

ah yes, saw the Black Getter with cloak before, was really badass. Somehow, robots with cloak seem to make it more awe-looking. Black Getter was a good example, there are also Gundams who likewise don a cloak before Exia, such Crossbone Gundam & Sandrock Gundam.

Yeah, from what I see in this commercial, the Exia only seems to be missing the right side of its face and its left arm, and its GN Blade looks broken.
On another note, eerie song choice for this one.

The cloak most probably is to cover the missing left arm of Exia, which was chopped off by the GN Flag in the last season.

It is worth noting that the GN Sword is actually broken. You can see it when switching from blade to the GN rifle.

That image of Exia with its ragged cloak reminds me of the Black Getter Robo in the Shin Getter Robo OVA…for those of you familiar with the Shin Getter Robo series you might know what I am talking about here.

It looks more like Exia was just flying towards the camera, and you can’t see the bottom half at that angle.

Nah, you can clearly see the left foot (it’s the only red part in the entire leg) as well as both thighs. Don’t know about the right foot, but that silhouette look like the sides of the foot.
I’m thinking only the left arm is missing.
