Remember the Black Unicorn Gundam from the Gundam Unicorn novel that was mentioned awhile back? We now have a better though not clearer image of this mysterious Black Unicorn Gundam which has been keeping us in suspense for quite awhile now.

Destroy mode Interestingly, it’s labeled as “PsychoFlame” instead of Psychoframe, wonder if it’s intentional or a mis-spelling there. Also, it’s also nicknamed “Banshee”, what does ‘Banshee’ means or stands for? Hopefully, we’ll see clearer scans and more information about this mysterious Black Unicorn Gundam ‘Banshee’ soon enough. The suspense is killing me already. Anyone who knows, is welcome to share and tell us about it.

seemed to me that this model in the picture is most likely, to be made after initial debut of the Black Unicorn, in the picture where it shows the silhouette of the Black Unicorn in destroy mode towering over the fallen Gundam Unicorn.

I had this pic of that black Gundam Unicorn model. I thought at first that it was just a modded RX-0 but I never imagined that it will become a main figure in the story.
So, what came first, the model or its appearance in the manga? That’s the question…
