Stumbled upon this beautiful 1/100 NZ-666 Kshatriya resin recast kit scratchbuild by korean plamodel sculptor,“08team pia” while visiting The Bonkurasu Brigade today.

Kshatriya’s every single bit of detail has been reproduced faithfully in this resin recast kit.

(above) Side-by-side comparsion of Kshatriya & Gundam Unicorn

Check out those “bits” hidding underneath the binders

The binders seemed to be holding in their lifted positions strongly with no signs of sagging.

Viewing from this angle reminds me of Rafflesia from Mobile Suit Gundam F91

Despite the MSN-001A1 Delta Plus(above) topping the poll of “the next most wanted MG from Gundam UC after Sinanju Ver.Ka.” conducted by Gundam.info, I must admit that the Kshatriya would be a far better choice instead of the Delta-Plus. This belief has been further reinforced after seeing the Kshatriya being reproduced in gunpla form. Are you taking note of this, Bandai?
Below are the statistics of poll results below for those interested:

- MSN-001A1 Delta Plus - 45.23%
- NZ-666 Kshatriya - 24.65%
- RGZ-95 ReZEL - 9.83%
- RX-0 Unit 2 Banshee - 6.93%
- AMS-129 Geara Zulu - 4.33%
- D-50C Loto - 2.58%
- RGM-96X Jesta - 2.21%
- AMS-129M Zee-Zulu - 2.17%
- AMA-X7 Shamblo - 2.07%
The price of this Kshatriya resin kit is 279,000 won ( approx. $220 USD) excluding shipping charges. If you were asked to do a similar suvery; which of the above 9 Mobile Suits mentioned above, would you most likely want to see them released in MG (Master Grade) form next?
Check out the full details & of the sale of the kit here.

@Lightmirage,
Saw that too, but on Hobby Japan I think. This one definitely outclass that.
@Potato,
no too sure if it’s an upgrade, at least not a direct upgrade though there’s definitely references from it.
@gordon,
yea, imagine the box size if Bandai really did release one, wonder how it’s compare to Sentinel and GP-03 Dendrobium and their box sizes.
@Martin Wandering,
I agree, a MG would be real awesome, potentially the most expensive MG to-date if Bandai releases one.
@sandrum,
Me too, would love to see how Bandai takes on this for a MG release.
my pleasure actually, I’m a fan of your site, love the 3D gundam models. Do you think we can do a banner/link exchange?

Incredible. I agree that an MG of this guy would be incredibly expensive, I would totally love to see bandai pull it off. This resin kit looks very nice though. If I was any good with that sort of thing I would defiantly try it. Thanks for the heads up!

What a beauty. An MG would be a sight to see, no doubt, but might become the new most expensive MG kit.

I saw a scratch build of this in Denki Hobby a few months back, but this exceeds Denki’s version in every way possible (maybe not posability).
