*P.S: let me first apologise for the lack of post & updates for this week, was obsessed & pre-occupied with Football Manger Live after being invited for the beta testing ^^’ Also, the SD 00 Gundam should have been completed last Sunday if not for some unnecessary hiccups which I committed. Hopefully, I would like to get it done before the weekend ends and share them with you guys asap if possible. Gundam UC - SD Sinanju Was supposed to do airbrushing for my SD 00 Gundam & SD God Gundam(aka Burning Gundam in North America) on last saturday, but decided to hold them off after getting fed-up by the erratic weather :s Imagine, an hour of bright sun & then the next moment, dark oversky sky before the sequence repeats again. @.@ Hence, I went to do some web-surfing when I stumbled across this cute punk-looking super deformed Sinanju, that I’m presenting to you guys right now. Gundam UC - SD Sinanju Gundam UC - SD Sinanju Gundam UC - SD Sinanju Looks great but it would be even better if it comes complete with its shield and the rest of its armaments. Ironically, I find this somewhat better-looking compared to its MG counterpart that’s due to release in December. Got to see how other modelers handle the MG Sinanju before considering about getting one. After seeing the latest official photo release by Bandai, my opinion went from the initial ‘must have’ to ‘meh’ to ‘might buy it’ mode. What do you think of this Super-Defomed Sinanju mod?  Are there any particular area that you dislike or are there areas which you think that it could be done better. Also, will you be itching to get one for yourself too if Bandai ever releases one?

  1. @Martin Wandering,

    yes, that’s what I’ve heard too; with people printing decals on decal paper in their own home. I’m looking to doing some for gunpla, custom-made and if possible, preferably D.I.Y in my own home, though I’ll need to find the resources like decal paper & ink for it.

  2. @Jacques: I’ve heard of people printing their own decals at home on some kind of decal paper. Never tried it myself, though, and other than that, I’ve got nothing.

    What’re you looking to make decals for?

    I believed that i found this in a japanese/ korean forum, give me some time to look for the url, I know i bookmarked it somewhere but can’t find it at the moment.

    @Martin Wandering,
    yes, I’m sure our wait will be worthwhile and it’ll be enough to convince us to get the Sinanju when the time comes.

    On a sidenote, anyone knows how to D.I.Y decals to stick on gunpla? I know of this samueldecals website but can anyone provide an in-depth step-by-step on how to go about it? Your help will be deeply appreciated.

  4. Wow more self-made SD models! Even without the full equipment this Sianju looks pretty awesome! Where’s the source from btw?

  5. Quite a nice little SD.

    Still holding out hope the MG kit will be good. Likewise, I’m waiting to see other modelers’ reviews before deciding myself. I think it looks like it has enough poseability that it’ll just need some good lovin’ in the paint department.
