Alter 1/60 ARX-7 Arvalest

If you think that I’ve made a mistake on the title when you first saw it, you’re right but it was an intentional mistake. You see for some reason, the people working over at Alter seemed to be working so hard that they’ve a mistake in spelling ‘Arbalest’ and instead spelt it as ‘Arvalest’ on the display base.
Saw the display base, ARX-7 ‘Arvalest’ instead of ‘Arbalest’ ?

Anyway the good news, is that Alter is still releasing the ARX-7 Arbalest this winter. The bad news? Alter is still selling it at 13,440 Yen (inclusive of tax) and the typo error on the display base. Seems like Double‘s fear is really coming true after all, where he first reported it on ‘What The Heck? ARX-7 Arvalest?‘ It’s definitely a bad news for us who are going to splash out 13,440Yen ( estimated to be around $126US dollars according to XE.com )on this baby. Let us all keep our fingers cross and hope that it’s a genuine mistake on Alter’s side and they’ll rectify this before they sell them to us.
*Update (26/12/08): Alter 1/60 ARX-7 Arbalest has been now set for May 2009 release.
wow but atleast they will release it!! I dont care how much it cost though as long
as I can buy it =] well eventhough its not a PG type but atleast its an “ARVALEST”
lol im not familiar with the “V” thing though…its better called as ARBALEST xP

next year by Kotobukiya….

yeah, no new announcement with another 1 and half months to new year. :s looking real bleak.
I’m distancing myself from Kotobukiya for the moment, not too satisfied with its quality after getting 1/144 R-1 and Cybaster/Cybuster/Psybuster. I’m have to break the abstinence though, once the Kurogane Linebarrel ‘OverDrive edition’ comes out. Hopefully, it’ll do better.

Hope the alter company won’t delay the release date again for this model… being waiting a few away back there… still waiting for this model… hopefully will release this winter…
