Exia

First of all, allow me to apologize to you 1st if you landed in this page hoping to find information on MG (Master Grade) Gundam Exia. Why apologize you ask? Because as of now there is no news nor confirmation that there will be a MG release for Exia, although it’s a matter of time before it happens. So what’s this post about than?Well, it’s still on Exia though no a Master Grade one. It’s about a modded Exia that looks close and almost like a MG release. If you think that the detailed work on the SD Unicorn Gundam done by Blue Moon in the previous post has blown you away? Here’s a another new one for you. This time round it’s by the name of, “a2crafts”ImageShack

See the amazing detail paid to each portion the body. Great skill and work with the detailing done on the thread line on the GN Drive at the back of Exia

At the 1st first look, I bet many might think this is a upcoming MG Exia kit. No kidding. ImageShack

Exia equipped with Astray Blue Frame 2nd Sword equipment!

Looks just perfect on the Exia in my personal opinion, probably due the fact that the sword scheme is similar to Exia’s ImageShack

Exia with Sword equipment in gattling gun mode.

A more fitting range weapon for Exia compared to his normal beam ranged weapon since Setsuna never bothers to aim. The gattling gun would be perfect for him to spray the shells all over the place and hoped that some will eventually find and hit his targets. Here’s the Exia modeling section, where he talks about the modifications he has done to make the Exia that you’re seeing in the pic. While Exia ‘Gallery’ section, is as what the title suggests, showcasing the different poses of the completed Exia. Check out his gallery to see the rest of his other works.

    @Herald,

    I’m believed that he made this Exia from the NG (No Grade) 1/00 Gundam Exia.

    You can view this default kit information from this HobbySearch’s link of the NG 1/100 Gundam Exia below:

    Hope it helps you. :)

    @Jacques,

    i think its not NG 1/100, i compared it from this, i think this is NG 1/60, it is more detailed than the model you’ve said, example look at the shoulder of this exia

    thanks for the info, i think im going to get that NG 1/100 anyway or 1/60 if i saw one then i’ll wait for the MG to come

    This is 1/100 NG, look at the comparison with the display stand. He spent time on detail, its called modification.

    ( might take a while to load)

    It’s from the japanese magazine “Dengeki Hobby”
    Quite simpler than the one above, I have to say… ( -_-)…
    I know almost nothing about 00, so plz don’t be rude if I’m wrong…

    I’m suprise on who ever re model this Exia Gundam, The cutting is perfect and little did your know, he/she added extra materials on it like the on on the shoulder. Yet I can still say it the NG 1/100 Exia Gundam, It not really easy to identify, You have to look at each corner carefully, other then that this is a nice piece of work!

    @Guest,

    yup the modeler himself made some adjustments here and there, to make the Exia more slick and sharp. You can drop by his blog where he details where and what portions he has made modifications and adjustments to.
