Full Metal Panic D.I.Y mecha models

lanie-emon’s query in the post; “Revoltech ARX-8 Laevatein” regarding the absence of model kit release for Arbalest or Venom, prompted me to do some digging on the net. Revoltech has’nt make any announcement on plans to release ARX-7 Arbalest but if I’ve remembered right, there was some information on Alter planning to release an ARX-7 model though.

ARX-7 Arbalest
Anyway, my search on the net landed me on this japanese blog where the author himself has apparently build from scratch or kit-bash to create models of ARX-7 and ARX-8, and of course M9s including a M9E Gernsback. Attempted to translate the site with Babelfish translation and Google translation but the results weren’t satisfactory. With the latter apparently thinking I was a ‘bot’ and stop the translation of the webpage :s
If anyone finds out and know the details on the page, do drop me a comment
Enjoy these “gems” that I found after “read more”

ARX-7 Arbalest vs Gundam Exia
Well, my pick for this face-off would be on Arbalest. What’s yours? And if Setsuna were to open his cockpit like what he did on one of his mission, I’ll bet that Sagara would finish him straight without bothering to reciprocate Setsuna’s gesture. Remember the scene during Fumoffu where an enemy attempted to showoff his skills with knives and got pwned by Sousuke in the process

MP(Mass-Production) ARX-7 Arbalest!!
Definitely a sight to behold, first a MP-bontas in Fumoffu. Now, a set of MP Arbalests in model-kit form.

Hi Luis,
After a search in the net, I found that there was indeed an ARX-7 on sale. See this link
But it’s a fixed-pose, resin-cast kit requiring both cement and painting to complete or use.28 parts. Unfortunately, it’s already out of production.
Regarding Alter 1/60 ARX-7 Arbalest from Full Metal Panic, Featured in 2007 WinterFest. There seemed to be no news of its sale as of yet. But if anyone knows of the actual sale date do fill me in.
